Puzzles to Solve

William C. Kendall
02 Nov 1900 - ?
I continue to search, but he remains a puzzle. The information I have indicates that he was from Shelbyville, Indiana and that he was, at one time, a United States Marine.

William C. Kendall and Myrtle V. Hooker marriage
They had 3 children together between 1939 and 1944, but I have no idea when or where they got married. I'm still trying to determine where the oldest child was born, as I hope that might provide me with some valuable clues.

Update: William Kendall and Myrtle Hooker's oldest child was born in Indiana. I'm still trying to nail down the county of birth, though. Still no progress on the location of their marriage.

James H. Peel
15 Oct 1808 - 1894
There is much debate about James H. Peel's middle name. The information I have indicates that his middle name was Harrison; I've also seen his name listed as "James Hare Peel". Unfortunately, details about him are scarce. Thus far in my research, I haven't been able to find a photo of him (I would love to find one, though!). If anyone has any information about James H. Peel, I would love to chat with you.

Woodrow Lee Land
17 April 1917 - 13 July 1990
I am in the process of trying to find out if any of Woodrow L. Land's siblings are still living. I would love to get in touch with them, if at all possible. My research indicates that all of the Land siblings were born in Rockingham County, North Carolina, so I'm hopeful that I'll be able to find some of my living Land relatives.
